What is HEART? 
HEART™  is the personal goal-setting method created by Whitney English. It is different from traditional goal setting because HEART works with life’s curveballs instead of setting you up for failure. It's a framework that can be used on a yearly basis to set goals, on a daily and weekly basis to prioritize your tasks and an on-going basis to help you live a balanced life. 

Where are the Day Designers? 
Whitney English sold the Day Designer company in 2016. She is no longer associated with the Day Designer planner or the Blue Sky company. You can read more about the journey of selling Day Designer and starting a new planner company here.

Do you have a daily planner? Are you coming out with any new planner formats? 
The Day on One Page planner is the newest daily planner format from Whitney English, the original daily planner gal! You can shop the Day on One Page planner now.

What is the Planner Replacement Guarantee? 
If something happens to your planner (like spilled coffee!), let us know! We'll replace it for free if we have your edition in stock. You cover the shipping and we'll get a new planner our to you ASAP. To initiate a replacement, simply email us at hello@whitneyenglish.com with your original order number and a picture or description of the damage!

What is your return policy? 
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrived damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing us at hello@whitneyenglish.com. We want to replace any damaged products as soon as possible!

What is your shipping policy? 
In-stock products ship within 3-5 days. Some products are made-to-order and shipping may take a little longer on these products. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

Are there any retailers that carry your products? 
Not at this time. The only place to get the Whitney English planners including the Week on One Page and Day on One Page planners and A Plan for Health tools is on whitneyenglish.com. 

What is A Plan for Health? 
A Plan for Health is a collection of organizational tools for wellness created by Whitney English and Johna Jenkins, MSN, RN, FNP-C. By joining forces, we’re able to utilize Whitney’s expertise in organizational products and Johna’s experience as a trusted medical professional to create wellness planning tools.  

A Plan for Health products are not intended as a substitute for the medical advice of physicians and is only intended to aid the user while under the supervision of a licensed physician. The user should regularly consult a licensed physician in matters relating to his/her health and particularly with respect to any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. Patent pending. 

How do I care for my Whitney English planner? 
Each planner is made by hand. Expect some slight imperfections due to the small-batch production. These nuances lend authenticity and originality to each planner and are a beloved hallmark of your book. We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe off the front and back of your planner periodically. Take care of where you store your planner and how you carry it if you want to preserve its original appearance. We personally prefer to note both the intentional and accidental changes of our planners throughout the year as memories of that year.
